Rhoeo Discolour Pink

Oooooh, check out the pink!

Rhoeo discolour Pink is a real favourite with you guys, so much so that we keep selling out and who can blame you for these stunning colours? Pop your sunnies on if you’re getting close.

This pink princess is also called Oyster Plant or Stripe Me Pink and it’s a clumping plant. The leaves are light-green, pink and white striped and there’s some bright purple beneath too.

Grow Ms Fancy-pants outside as groundcover or plant in amongst rockeries. This one is extremely popular in tropical garden schemes as a feature plant and totally brightens the deck and poolside areas.

If you find the right sunny spot this is an easy girl to care for. She likes to be a little on the drier side in a well-drained potting mix.

• What to use me for:  I suit a tropical garden theme in the ground or in a container to break up the boring deck. I’m great at bright and funky ground cover too.

• I grow to:  I’ll reach around 30cms high and the same across.

• Where to place me:  I prefer it warm and like the sun on my face. I can deal with a partially shaded spot if it’s sheltered and warm there. I definitely don't like frost or being too cold.

• How far to space me: I’ll need about 30-40cms of space and look stunning mass planted.

• Soil Conditions: Moist but well-drained soils, please.

Beautifully grown and mature in size with developed roots and guaranteed sun hardened. These plants can be inserted straight into the ground and make an excellent garden plant.
